Selby Garner

Selby Garner is a project management and communications specialist with a background in international education. Recently, she served as Project Coordinator for the Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Efforts (CARE), where she led onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives for hundreds of employees supporting U.S. State Department efforts. Previously, she supported the Foreign Service Institute’s orientation programs and managed global exchange initiatives at American Councils and IREX, including programs for participants from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and North Korean Heritage. A Fulbright Korea alumna, Selby holds a B.S. in International Communication from Cornell University and is passionate supporter of cross-cultural exchange and collaboration.
